I had a left over ramen seasoning packet mixed up in some hot tap water.
I added some hot sauce so it almost felt like a real meal.

Spanish tortilla. I used J. Kenji Lopez-Alt's recipe with salt and vinegar chips. I'd give it a B. I probably shoudl've used more chips.

For sides I made onion/jalepeno rajas and had some leftover kale and beans cooked in a red chile sauce (guajillo/ancho).

If you mean seared, I did. Only about 30 seconds on each side, all it needs for the maillard reaction. I cooked it sous vide

That's because that picture was baked, OP's picture is sous vided. It's not raw, it's rare/medium rare all the way through. The reason it looks uncooked is because the heating is so even it doesn't overcook the edges like in >>9410697
