It's an alternative to mayonnaise really. It's more vinegary, and less fatty, and less calorific. It's tastier in my opinion. More tangy, and like I say, less fatty.

Mayo is 75% fat. Literally, 75% of the contents is fat.
Salad cream is only 23.8% fat.

The Hurtin' Habanero sauce specifically. I think it's got great flavor and okayish heat for hard boiled eggs (which if I eat, I normally eat for or around lunch time). Hotter sauces fuck up my stomach and isn't good for the rest of the day at work. Any less and it might as well be ketchup.
