We have been honing our mayo sauce for use in fry consumption for generations, none of that weak-ass 'for sandwich use' shit.

The trick is to add a bit of mustard during production. Enhances the flavour of potato.

Most mayo here has sugar in it. Dukes mayonnaise is the only one I have found doesn't and it is only sold in the south.
