This cookbook you pick a wine you want to drink, and go from there. It goes into a lot of detail about how pairings work but you can also skip all that if you think it's a meme and start cooking.
This shit right here was exactly what I needed at my point in cooking. I was already comfortable making things like stews and curries without a recipe but this cookbook brings in a ton of ingredients i had never worked with with a lot of the techniques I was already used to.
