I've heard mealworms can be okay in a stir fry or something like that. I've had marinated crickets that were fine, but they go better with food rather than by themselves (though in all fairness, a lot of foods are like that too).

I've tried a caterpillar whilst in Botswana. It was actually okay, but it was crunchy and vaguely fishy. It would probably be bretty good with some good spices desu
