Stir fry
Allows you to change up ingredients at will, can be served over rice, pasta, spaghetti squash, potatoes (any starch really) or eaten without. mostly/completely vegetables, with an option for de assortment of protiens (meat, beans, eggs, tofu, fish, shellfish, bugs etc...). Even the sauces are completely changeable; sweet, sour, nutty, fishy, umami, spicy...the sky's the limit. Can be made quick and dirty or as formal as you please.

Meat and potatoes
Another vote for stir fry. You have to consider proper nutrition and such a customizable dish makes that easy. Better still you can use frozen vegetables which are usually dirt cheap.
Third vote for stir fry, buy a wok and ta-da. Use a little. Use a lot.just add vegtables meat sauce and heat that shit up. Near impossible to fuck up and tasty as fuck.
>INB4 woks dont work on regular stoves.
Shut the fuck up. The east isnt magic and thier kitchen appliances conduct heat Just like ours
Flat bottom woks aren't too bad though if anyone doesn't want their pan rolling over off the stove.

I have a wok and can comfirm that it work on the regular stove. Also, if you don't like touching raw meat, hot dogs or rotisserie chickens are cheap and great to use in stir fries.
