What are some good and tasteful ingredients to put on a veggie pizza?
Or in other words, what did you put on your veggie pizza that turned out great?
It's just me eating, so I won't bake the bottom my self. I'll get that from the store.
(I can't eat meat, as my body drains itself of B12 trying to process it. Resulting in extreme fatigue and migraine like headaches. If that weren't the case I would litter the pizza in tasty dead animals. No hate.)
this is going to be a sad shopping list.
Olives, artichoke, eggplant, feta, pineapple, pumpkin, basil, tomato, spinach, red onion, capsicum, chillies etc

blue cheese pineapple ansjovis olives onion in that exact order
zucchini is really good, just slice it thinly, salt it well to draw moisture out, leave it, squeeze water out, and towel it
for spinach, blanche it for 30 seconds, then squeeze the water out hard
for red pepper, roast it until it's blackened, put it in paper bag to cool, then peel, deseed, and optionally marinade in oil, lemon (juice & zest), garlic & basil/ parsley
fresh rocket on top is nice
vege pizza is the best imo, if you put in a bit of effort to drawing out moisture from the veges beforehand.
onion capsicum tomato olives spinach
Honestly though for variety get the menus off trendy pizza place's websites and steal their ideas.

I'll burn more calories just making this meal than eating it. That's way too much work.
