A few people claim the artificial sweeteners are bad for you but they have no real evidence to back it up other than a list of scary sounding chemical names.
You should probably cut down on it because no one really knows for sure. Switch to coffee or for the best health just drink water.

Didnt they stop making coke zero and replace it with coke no sugar? Also theres absolutely no sound evidence that artificial sweeteners cause negative health effects, the claim is dubious at best and blatant lobbying at worst. It's still slightly acidic and carbonated though, so you should watch out for signs of oral health issues

There is proof that artificial sweeteners affect the biodiversity of the bacteria in your gut. However, I'm not too sure what the implications of that are. At the same time, artificial sweeteners aren't necessarily safe for people who have diabetes or are pre-diabetic. Never an easy choice in the end.
