Whenever I go food shopping I never know what to buy as far as snacks go, and then when I'm home I crave snacks. I mostly buy ingredients for meals, and eat fruit mainly for breakfast. I don't really crave sweets too much otherwise.
Pls post good healthy snack suggestions I can either buy or make. Pic somewhat related, once in a while I make bean salad to snack on with pita bread.

I sometimes buy those rice cake things. flavored or not. Sometimes I make salsa and get healthier chips than the standard greasy finger brand.
Some times I buy a watermelon and snack on it for a couple days right out of the refrigerator.
I love having a big can of mixed nuts around, they're delicious and filling and a great source of protein/good fats

Most healthy people don't snack. Snacking is a fatty thing. Just stop buying snacks. Seriously bad pattern to get into.
