What is your go-to method for seasoning/marinating chicken breast?

any subset of the following: paprika, cumin, coriander, rosemary, thyme, chilli powder, garlic, lemon juice, pepper

massage it in with your hands and let it sit for as long as you can be bothered

Depends on the sides/sauce.

I like to use basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, S&P, garlic, and lemon zest for a whole roasted chicken

For a more Mexican/Cuban vibe I tend to go cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic, and a bit of lime zest.

If I'm going for a heavily sauced chicken dish like wings where the chicken is smothered, I just do salt and pepper and let the sauce speak for itself.

i try to avoid eating that shit. if i have to, i'll eat it in a stir fry or sometimes as a pizza topping. for the stir fry i use sweet red pepper, black pepper, salt and savory.

chicken thighs are better in every way.
