I'm a dumbass novice. Allow me to explain. We had Ham in the fridge, it was suggested I make eggs and ham. Wonderful suggestion I thought. I know you'll know what I did wrong and what happened next..but...indulge me.
Spray the pan with oi.I put the ham on the pan, I crack the eggs onto the ham, and then I start the heat. Then get it onto my plate after the egg cooked 3-4 minutes later. Tasted great.
