About this... I order pizza and most of the time is free delivery, so I tip the driver, around 10%.
Now, I'm not from the US and tipping is something we do, but no one would crucify you if you don't.
This pizza place I really like charges around 10% (not fixed, but considering what I usually buy), so I'm inclined not to tip the driver.
Yet, I feel he expects one.
Should I tip the guy? I mean, they charge me to pay him, so I really don't know.

No idea.
But it's happened to me the last half dozen times over the last few years.

I didn't go for about 8 months after the second to last time because it pissed me off so much.
Not to mention them shorting me a few things.

Then when I finally got myself to go back, I get the same shit. And a whole bunch of thinly veiled attitude.

Sometimes I'm too nice to people, ie: I'm a pushover.

But like I said before, if they pull that nonsense on my next visit, I'll be making a very big deal of it. I've had to do it at a Taco Bell several years ago.
Strangely enough, they had a special manager come in and fire the whole staff and train a new one a couple months later.
