They're trying to shake off the bog standard fast food tripe image they've garnered over the last however many years.

They've realised that a lot of people opt either for healthier options or more upmarket options, so they're trying to get a bite of that market

It's useful for foreveralones who might don't have anyone to reserve a table while they're waiting for the food. Of course, if you're on your own you can usually squeeze in somewhere
