chicken tikka masala or any indian flavor. You can find premade sauce jars in international aisle at your grocery store. Lentils also go really good with rice.

You could also saute fresh veg in olive oil or sesame (even better) til tender then add in some soy sauce cook for 1 min more.

Beans or sausage are good with rice of any kind. Basmati is one of my favorites, very fragrant and has a nice texture. Goes well with butter and aromatic spices.

Curry
Chicken
Egg

There's not a lot that doesn't go with rice.

Hell, even something as simple as peanut butter rice is tasty, filling and easy. Just put some Thai chili sauce in.
