Any of you co/ck/s ever try this before?
I can't go shopping but can at least pick it up at the store curbside. I try to shop for two weeks at a time though and I'm just starting at a new place with a new meal rotation so it's going to be around $300 for both trips. How does that work? Is it just one person that has to go around and pick all this stuff out? Will they be pissed? Should I tip them?

i have and would never do it again. i used instacart, but i live in manhattan and see the other delivery services operate the same way daily. my delivery should've taken 30 mins but took 5 hours and the meat was spoiled
>company sends random person (usually a nigger) a debit card
>they take an hour to get to the store
>they walk through the store and have to scan each item with their phone app
>you have to agree to take close substitutes if "they can't find" the one you picked
>they pick the shittiest substitute because they're lazy and don't want to find the correct brand
>they get all your stuff and they have to request a certain amount be loaded onto the debit card to pay
>half the time the company doesn't do it correctly and these guys are sitting there for hours
>customer has to cancel order, delivery guy can't
>only way to cancel is calling the company with a 30 minute hold
I used Safeway's delivery service a few times because they gave me a free promo.
It was ok, but not really anymore convenient than just going to the store. It was a bit like waiting for the cable guy.
I also ordered a lot pantry staples both times so I didn't really need to use it again after that. I was pretty set for a while.
I don't trust minimum wagefags with picking out my fruits and vegetables
I have, but never gotten my order right. They always replaced a few of my orders with something else. i.e. asked for cases of cup noodles, got regular noodles but received more of them than ordered. Also, I never tipped, even though I am supposed to, never gotten any shit from the driver. They ask for a lot of delivery fee. There is always a threshold amount that makes the delivery fee null if you are ordering for the first time, so look into it.

That's why I only did it when there was a free promo.
>Get offer of free delivery. Order a bunch of shit
>Wait a few months
>Get email "Hey anon, haven't seen an order in a while. How about we give free delivery to tempt you back?
