Once I had a really great chicken wrap from a Jamaican farmers market booth. It was like a stew, with Veges and chicken, but it was in a sauce that didn't really run out of the wrap. Kinda spicy. Very tasty. I've Yetta have Jamaican as good as that.

As far as patties go, most places I've seen usually use a frozen brand. If anyone has a recipe, for the filling or outside, I'd definitely be interested.
