I've never had Chutney, but I think I'm going to try it. I was looking at some of Butler's Grove products and they have a red onion chutney, I wonder if that's good.
This stuff is great, it's one step away from being novelty hot but actually tastes good.

I like my hot sauce with just enough heat. I can't stand when people say "that's pussy hot sauce". I'm trying to enjoy my food, not go through a pain challenge. I'm looking for a good habanero sauce.

that's a good choice then. scotch bonnet is generally a little lower on the scale than habanero.

I actually like the flavor of habanero, but I might try what you suggested. I go through hot sauce and mustard quickly.
