Why does /cm/ eat cooked vegetables when all the nutrients are in the raw ones? You realize cooking them takes away vitamins and minerals, right? Fucking idiots.

yeah right
if you freeze your broccoli however, it turns soft without any cooking and without loosing vitamins or minerals.
>>
I ea raw veggies since I'm lazy but isn't steamed the best?
>>
>>9377424
>Fuck /ck/.
that's not very nice
>>
>>9377431
Who is talking about freezing?
>>
>>9377432
Steamed has the benefits of cooking the broccoli, without the loss of nutrients you'd expect from boiling it. It's also supposed to be the healthiest way, since pan searing it adds too much char and makes it unhealthy to an extent unless you refuse to use cooking oil or butter.
>>
>>9377450
Is raw unhealthy?
>>

your hands looks like those of an anemic cancerous person. i bet that you are the very ugly guy from that picture when he is holding an avocado with his two hands.

A few select foods gain more nutrients (well actually make them able to be absorbed) but really makes it more edible.

But really unless you are slathering it in oil, eating vegetables in any form is better then not eating them due to worries of "not healthiest"

What grade is your panniculus.
>>
>>9377449
I meant it turns soft, like cooked, when you thaw it
>>
not very subtle at all
>>
>>9377406
I suggest eating a lot of raw beans, OP. They're much better than cooked.
>>

Fucking liar.
