Low pay, shitty hours and understaffed. I did love everyone I worked with and learned a lot but chicken tendies get old after a while

Anything I wanted because no one cared. It was a split kfc/a&w and people would fry themselves cheese curds or make themselves a burger for lunch. You can also take whatever you want home with permission. We would keep chicken that sat in the heater all day tho to debone, freeze and use for bbq chicken and pot pies. But anything else leftover is fair game

We filtered it every night. We only actually changed it once a month.

Mashed potatoes were just hydrated potato flakes and liquid butter, I didn't like them but to each their own. To me every chicken product tasted the same
