I used to work at KFC, ask me anything
why did you leave the dream job?
>surrounded by tendies
how much free shit did you get? Is it really mutant chicken
i know that KFC has an intensive training program because they value their product highly. how long were you an amateur chicken cutter? i was that for about two years before I could start breading chicken, though it would be another four years before i could do so unsupervised
how often did they change the oil?
Why are KFC snackers so much better than their crispy chicken thighs/breast/drumsticks? Why is the mashed potatoes the best tasting thing on the menu when KFC is best known for chicken?

Low pay, shitty hours and understaffed. I did love everyone I worked with and learned a lot but chicken tendies get old after a while

Anything I wanted because no one cared. It was a split kfc/a&w and people would fry themselves cheese curds or make themselves a burger for lunch. You can also take whatever you want home with permission. We would keep chicken that sat in the heater all day tho to debone, freeze and use for bbq chicken and pot pies. But anything else leftover is fair game

Chicken isn't mutant, just injected with a liquid msg solution

We filtered it every night. We only actually changed it once a month.

Mashed potatoes were just hydrated potato flakes and liquid butter, I didn't like them but to each their own. To me every chicken product tasted the same
