How long would a pack of takeaway salmon sashimi last in the fridge and is there anyway I could salvage it? Fry it with breadcrumbs or something?

Brine it in salt water solution with a little brown sugar. I put it in a pie pan with another pie pan ontop with a jug of water pressing it down. leave in the fridge like this for one day. Sounds crazy but I learned this from an eastern ruskie ex commie and tbqhfm its top tier once you get the ratios down. Im an Alaska fag that is picky about how salmon is prepped.
Depends on the regulations of the country you're in.
I agree with the first two assessments. If it has been safely handled; cooking it within the first two to three days is a non-issue. It takes a little while for bacteria to make toxins but they multiply exponentially.
