Honestly OP, did you have to make it a double with patties that thick? Ratios look all off. Much respect not being bashful with the cheese(its a cheese burger), and a few pickles to cut through the richness and monotony of textures.

I'm a caramelized onion guy myself, but I wouldnt really add anything here. I would loose a patty though. 6/10 bro.

If you're doing a doublestack the patties should be thinner in my opinion, if you put sort of a dimple in the center when you make them, they even out when they cook, instead of getting thick in the middle and thin on the edges.
Toasted buns, good pickle use, can't see it but I'll believe you about the thousand island, overall 7/10, maybe too much burger for those buns, would definitely eat and be pretty satisfied with.
