>get a ton of frozen kale
>put in a blender with some pieces of pineapple
>blend up
>use a strainer to pore the mixture into a cup
Would using a strainer to make the mixture more thin make the product have less nutrients?
Less insoluable fiber and whatever remains dissolved in the liquid stuck with the remains but not too much difference.

Yes. The strainer will remove the insoluble fiber, as well as all the vitamins and minerals remaining in the "bits" left behind.
Just get a blender that doesn't suck. Any proper blender should have no problem liquifying the kale so that it's not unpleasant to drink. Vitamix or Blendtec. Refurbished models are widely available and much cheaper with a full warranty. If you need something more budget friendly then the Ninja isn't bad at all, it's just limited to small serving sizes.

Oh okay, thank you. I actually scoop out the fiber with a spoon because it feels weird in my mouth when I drink the smoothie lol

Oh... shit. I have a Ninja blender but when it blends into the juice, I see the fiber at the top, and the juice at the bottom, but there's always a ton of little pieces of kale floating around that eventually settle at the bottom... what should i do?

>using a strainer
fuck off
juice is for plebs
you need thos fiber bits

If It were me I'd go buy a Blentec or Vitamix.
Try blending longer if you can't afford that. It's also possible you may be trying to blend too much at once; a smaller volume in the Ninja might help.
