Many "health" advocates have the mentality that food is just fuel for your body. This fundamental difference of view is how they get so "healthy" in the first place - bereft of any care for taste or experience, if food is just fuel, you may as well put whatever is most effective and efficient in your body.

That being said, /fit/ would never recommend this stuff because Soy contains estrogens. I don't 100% buy into that stuff, but even I would balk at living off JUST soy. That can't be healthy, and at those doses, even xenoestrogens must do something to you.

it doesnt have to be soy though, im talking about mixing your own custom so you can use whatever you want... personally i plan on using an egg/pea/rice protein combo... but ive never made it before so i frankly dont know my ass from my elbow
