Why do I feel euphoria when I eat fast food like hamburgers?

I had been doing keto for six months and achieved my goals, so I figured I would try eating normal stuff for a while. Eating a burger made me feel so good. Why does this happen? Do they lace the burgers with coke or something?

But I normally ate fatty and salty things as well under keto. I also ate sugar after stopping, but none of them have me this kind of a great feeling this junk did.
