How do I eat snack foods without hating myself afterwards?
I used to eat a whole bag of chips or cookies in one sitting and enjoy the whole experience.
I still enjoy the taste of snack foods and the experience of binging on it but now all I can think about is that eating the whole thing is like eating 3 additional meals that day
