Alright, /ck/, I'm an okay cook, not great, and I've been doing burritos for two weeks.
>Tortillas
>diced tomatos
>chili beans
>corn
>white rice
>chicken
>cheese
I make a big bowl of ingredients mixed together (with the fat from the breasts) and then prep up to 14 burritos for the week. I bake them for 15 minutes after all are prepped to melt the cheese and stiffen the tortillas a bit, then I wrap them in foil and put them in the refrigerator for the week.
How do I make them better? They're fine as is, a bit bland, but I really want some flavor.
Is there a sauce I can make, add a hair of heat and flavor, or what? More ingredients? My usual run makes about 14 burritos with 4 chicken breasts and a can of each ingredient (drained, of course.)

I love bbq sauce on burrito meat. I know it's not traditional but it tastes good.

Sure, there are lots of things you can do:
1) chicken thigh instead of breast. Much tastier. Cheaper too!
2) Your cooking method. Baking is going to be bland as fuck. You want to get some color on the ingredients. Color = malliard reaction = tastes good. Grill the chicken. Saute the vegetables. Then combine it and fill the burritos.
3) Ingredient quality: Get dry beans and cook them with stock instead of using canned beans. Get better cheese.
Of course there are plenty of sauces you could buy or make.
Add some peppers so it has some flavor.
