The easiest yet tastiest meals you make on a regular basis.
I'm someone who dislikes spending alot of time in the kitchen, but that doesn't mean I want to eat ramen and canned soup every day.
My go-to
>roasted meat
>roasted veg, usually 2-3 different kinds
Perfectly healthy and filling meal that can be made on a single pan with 5 minutes of prep and has huge variety potential
How about you guys?

I'm a chef and I love to cook elaborate foods and plate them in presentable ways and fancy.
Last night I made pizza rolls and played Mario with my wife....best night I've had in a while. I had a blast. I dunno why but it was nice.

Because you constantly concern yourself with meticulous details in your work cooking that having mindless fun and mindless food was a nice break

Steamed potato with butter
Hokkaido pumpkin soup. So easy, so tasty and pretty cheap.
Red potatos. Cut them up in thumb nail sized chunks and nuke them for 3 minutes. Take them out and pan fry them until brown. Usually with some over easy eggs.

>grilled cheese panfried in butter with crispy fried egg on top
>fry up some chicken thigh or breast pieces, add in frozen veggie mix(onion, celery ,carrot) + garlic + green herb mix + veggie stock.
>stew for an hour eat with buttered bread :D
one head of cabbage, one cottage ham, and as many potatoes as will fit in the pot after the rest.
fill with water and boil. once the potatoes are done its all ready. no seasonings necessary.
