The concept is to do the Chipotle thing to Mediterranean food. CYOA salad, grain bowl or pita sandwich using various Greek, Lebanese and Moroccan items. What's so hard about that?

So just don't go to a CYOA place. I'm no fan of having to make three or four decisions just to get a fucking fast food meal either. So I usually go to places where I can just order what I want in one sentence. But this place hardly seems confusing. It looks like you could pretty much order at random and get something worth eating.
