Depends where you live. If you're in Europe or North America, I wouldn't recommend it. However if you're in Asia/Middle-east they still use old recipe at KFC and tastes pretty good.

I rarely eat KFC without getting diarrhoea or a stomach ache. I wouldn't go near it if I was already feeling ill. I'm not even sure how you're craving it if you feel sick.

Whenever i'm sick I don't feel like eating and usually sip on water throughout the day, I would advise the same
I wouldn't eat KFC when sick, try making some sandwiches and then finishing it off with some fruit.
