Let's give these good boys a purpose

Looks like somebody hates flavor.
Rub in oil and sear

Mix together a little bit of olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and garlic, then marinate the chicken for a few hours to a day before baking or grilling them.
You could also simmer them in some sort of sauce, I'm not sure what you like in terms of flavour. Curry and chicken over rice is always nice, or an Asian sweet/savoury sauce works well too!

Yes, my local market's butcher I'd say
Wine goes in
Cut 300g into 2-3cm cubes, marinade with a knuckle of minced ginger, a clove of minced garlic, 2tbsp sake, 1.5tbsp soy sauce, and 1tsp of sesame oil, dredge in an even mix of flour and potato starch, deep fry. Fine plain, but also excellent with a chili paste sauce.

Oh, and partway through marinading add a whisked egg.
Garlic, chilli pepper, black pepper, paprika and caramelized onion (still going)
Yummy
Partly cover with water and place lid. Onto the herbs...

Only added rosemary because it's the only one I have fresh (roommates romehow fucked up every other one). Take a shit looking pic and don't post it.
Lid back on, very low heat, forget about it until you're hungry.
Ended up plating with cous cous
It's good af though it does miss the skin flavour

>Rub in oil and sear
>Literally no sear after flipping

Hmm. I usually just Teriyaki chicken thighs, but I might try this.
Dip in egg
Dip in bread crumbs
Dip again in egg
Dip again in bread crumbs
Fry for 2 mins, take it out, let it rest
Fry for another 2 mins.

They are good for paella.

Yeah turned out my pot wasn't up to it or it wasn't properly clean and I had some burning on the sides, so I couldn't let it sear.
Fucking black spots won't go out.
