I literally eat a kilo of it daily for muscle gain/maintenance. 16g/100g protein content, almost as good as meat but much cheaper and quicker to eat. I usually mix it with some crap like cheap vanilla cream or honey. It tastes quite bland in itself and the texture gets really unpleasant.
