Kielbasa is garlicky, so it can get pretty much anything.
I'd top that thing at home with some grilled onions, maybe a little german whole grain mustard and some Howards Piccalilli...hot one or green tomato chow chow.

Just sauerkraut. If it was a sausage I'd have put grilled onions and peppers on it and wished to hell I knew an old family friend's sauce recipe. He puts it on sausages before grilling them and it makes them one of the best meats I ever tasted.
