I bought this today. I've seen it used in Turkish and Iranian cuisine. What do I do with it? I think it's mainly used to make a sweet desert, but I'd rather prepare it for dinner someway.
I'd like to make tahdig, but it seems you need rice for that.

It is, and it's not hard to find a recipe for it. I don't think there are any main course recipes that use it though. Cig Kadayif means Raw Kadayif, implying it's meant to make Kadayif with it.
