What's your favorite type of compound butter?
This is a Dill, Tarragon and Lemon Zest.

I do one for Thanksgiving that has olive oil, garlic, parsley and thyme.
My favorite is a blue cheese butter, I put on steaks.
The basic one with lemon juice, pepper, parsley, shallots (or the white from green onion), and garlic.
