Why in the holy mother of hell is it so hard to find spumoni in stores? I've been to 7 different markets in the last week none of them had it in stock, hell half of them didn't even seem to carry it. Is there some kind of anti-spumoni league out there keeping it from the shelves? Anyone else have an experience of not being able to find a food product you figure would be pretty readily available?

Yep. Caul fat. Not even the butchers could get it for me. I finally gave up and mail-ordered some. I had to buy 20 lbs. I portioned it up, cryovaced it, and stuck it in the freezer.
I also had the same problem with finding very large hog casings for sausage. Butcher had 'em but would only sell them in a massive 5-gal bucket, which is far more than I needed. Had to mail order those as well.

Just buy the individual flavors and get a scoop of each.
Turkey meat that isn't ground, deli meat, or a whole bird is strangely hard to find.
