Has anyone tried fruitsploring/foraging yet?

I just remembered, no one on this website actually goes outside.

It's dependent on where you live. I've never gone out into the wilderness to forage like some fucking serf, but if you do a little research or get a book on wild plants in your area, it's interesting to see what is edible when you go hiking.

My dad and I used to do some foraging when we went hunting. There were a few plum, peach and orange orchards nearby where the farmers would sometimes forget to pick some fruits here and there after the harvest. We would take some to go with the birds, they were always very good. Try looking out for some orchards after harvest, they very rarely pick 100% of the fruit.

It really depends. I want to forage again, but I don't know where to go. My grandmother used to have a lot of land where I would get berries and stuff, but she parceled it out and sold it about two years ago.

I don't know where to do it now, and from what I recall, going to parks and such (especially large state or national parks) is illegal.
