Grind and bread the chicken thigh
Replace the mozzarella with low-quality white bread
Replace basil with lettuce
Replace the parmesan with McChicken sauce

Make schnitzels
Put cheese and marinara on cooked schnitzels
Put parma's in the oven or broiler
Take them out when cheese is melted enough for you, I like to get it to that stage where the mozzarella starts to bubble and brown like how it does on a pizza

I use regular and it works pretty well, you can use panko if you want, your choice

Oil will work but not as well, so will water or milk, be careful and don't let it wash all the flour off though, really you should just go out and buy some eggs or borrow a couple from your neighbour or something
