nice squid ink french fries
Masturbate after you eat and you wont forget about your food in the oven.
I can make out the fries, but what's the other two items?
LOL anon!
On a side note I have just tried to make a very similar thread. I made casserole yesterday, with some leftover pasta, grated cheese, sour cream, eggs, onions and ham. Put it into a small, well-oiled casserole dish and baked it in the oven for 30 min at 200°C/390°F in a convection oven until the cheese on the surface had browned really nicely. But when I removed it frome the casserole dish it was almost burnt where it had touched the sides of the dish. Just barely edible. How do I prevent that from happening? It was a very cheap sheet metal emaille dish with thin walls.
Do I lower the heat and just add the broiler at the end for browning the top?
Same heat but go without convection?
Just top heat?
Should I place the casserole dish higher up or lower down?

Don't put it in at two hundred degrees for half an hour
Jesus christ, what the fuck were you thinking

So what should have I done instead? Lower temps? Less time? I must admit 200°C DID seem a trifle high, but that's what the recipe said, and the chees on top was perfect too.

looks well done

Lower temp by 25 for a convection oven if the recipe didn't specifically call for using one. You can always check halfway through the baking and broil it a bit at the end if it isn't brown enough.
