Usually with pizza I would go with something hoppy like a pale ale or light like a wheat beer. It's a nice contrast with the heavier cheese and meat.

Probably want a solid and simple pale ale. Something like Sierra Nevada's pale ale would do well.

A porter will go well with all those meats. Kona Brewing's Pipeline porter is nice. It's rich coffee flavor will add another dimension to the pizza.

The opposite end of the spectrum, I'd go with a light and citrusy beer to compliment the veggies. Blue Moon should do the trick.

I doubt anyone over 21 would get cheese pizza anyway, but go with Sierra Nevada's Nooner pilsner.

Another one where porter works well. For this I recommend Highland Brewing's oatmeal porter. It's sweetness should compliment that BBQ sauce well.
