Knife + fork anon. You use the two together. Basic table manners. The knife is used to push the small bits of food onto the fork.

Fork alone is bad manners and inefficient. Sure it's easy to stab the big bits, but once there's a little left on the plate I can just see op chasing the bits around trying to scoop them up when he'd be done in 1/10th the time using the knife in addition to the fork.
