Xylitol is delicious but expensive. I'd choose it over sucralose, aspartame or stevia any day.

I encourage the adoption of sugar alcohols in the supplement / nutrition industry because they are excellent feedstock for nitrate esters. Erythritol is a godsend for pyrotechnic enthusiasts, can't wait to find the time to play with xylitol even if it produces an inferior product

I used xylitol to sweeten coconut milk, drank 2 litres in one sitting. That amount of xylitol made me shit liquid for the next 3 hours. All of these sugar alcohols do that if consumed in these amounts, which I do not consider excessive.
