Neither.

Fat Head for sure. Calorie intake is the primary concern and fats are a necessity, which is what that vegan cuck on SSM failed to realise.
Really they both are right but it depends on your diet, SSM felt sick because he said himself that he was eating vegan beforehand. Meanwhile FH ate a diverse diet beforehand, allowing his body to accept many kinds of foods.

Fathead actually shared it's data unlike Super Size me
Moreover Fathead never claims all Mcdonalds all the time is good for you, just that for weight it's calories in calories out and getting necessary nutrition.

>fats are a necessity
There are essentially fatty acids needed in tiny quantities. The amount of EFAs required is so tiny that the main reason it took until 1929 to identify linoleic acid as essential is that until then it had been impossible to construct a sufficiently fat-free diet - even trace amounts of fat prevent deficiency. Besides that, fat is not necessary at all. Every cell in the human body can utilize glucose for respiration, whereas not every cell can utilize fatty acids.

I don't know if I'd say Fat Head was right, but Supersize Me definitely wasn't. Either he or his doctor mentions he's eating in excess of a certain amount of calories per day, but when you run the numbers on what he claims to be eating, it falls short. So he was most likely eating more in addition to mcdonalds, which is why he refuses to release his food logs.
