How do you repurpose leftovers?
Esp rice?
Here, I had leftover rice reheated cooked homegrown green and string bean sautéed overtop, pickled some bitter melon.
Usually, I fry old rice into vegetable fried rice.
Why make a bigger portion than you can eat, you aren't fat are you?

>make portion of something
>decide halfway through maybe you weren't that hungry
>instead of eating it anyway save it for later
really the exact opposite :/

Do you mean what I just cooked?
That is for me, my husband, and my daughter.
When I eat out at an asian restaurant, I always have leftover rice though.
OP why is there a thread on /adv/ with this same image?

I made bomb ass poutine the other day with left over baked potatoes, pot roast, and gravey. Had to use chucks of cheddar instead of curds, but it was still bomb as fuck. Left over baked potatoes pan fry up really easily. Just refrigerate, peal, cut into fries while cold, and frie in small amount of oil. Works fucking wonderfully.

With left over rice i make fried rice with eggs and sometimes meat like Vienna sausage or spam for breakfast. Cook with olive oil, butter, spices, and soy sauce. Uma delicia!
