Tips:
Eat it cold, it really makes it better

Make sure to stir it from the bottom before serving, lets the goodness spread all over the broccoli

Raw broccoli may seem gross but it works well with the sweetness of the sauce, don't cook it.

Usually i'd agree, too much mayo in a salad is plain awful, but this is one of the salads where you can use it sparingly and it will still be delicious without being overpowering
