This is emberassing, but when I first started to learn to cook I was poor, and I wanted to make a cheap cut of steak be tender like filet mignon
on google, if you search "poor mans filet mignon" his video is actually like the 2nd result
I watched it and then watched other of his episodes while seriously following his recipes. I always thought they seemed off, but he had a lot of subcribers and was top on google
