I have worked delivery. There are like 7 guys just hanging around just waiting for deliveries. Each one (in your perfect world) makes $15 dollars an hour. 7 guys at 15 an hour is over $100. Pizza places pay over $100 an hour just to deliver pizza. This doesnt enclude the cost of the manager, assistant manager, non delivery enployees(answering phones, making pizza) , paying drivers for gas, and material costs.
