Who cooks with MSG here? Anything in particular you like to use it for or stuff it doesn't go well with? Just bought some today for the first time

I like healthy food and I would cook with this but I have no idea how to use it. I recently started using sodium citrate to emulsify my sauces and that is nice.
Any other suggestions for food additives (that I can easily buy on amazon)?

replace 1/3 to 1/2 of your salt with msg.
I put it secretly into foods I make for people
I feel its best use is as a seasoning in breadcrumbs

I put it in pretty much all my meats and vegetables. About 0.5-0.75 teaspoons per pound of uncooked ingredients....more for meats, less for veggies
I use it in everything that gets salt added to it. I bought a 1lb bag because it's fucking amazing.
what do I put MSG into besides beans?
