Put potatoes on oven tray, add some oil. Gose/gohse fat or just basically pork fat. You can use various herbs or spice. But spice and herbs don't mix well with potatoes. Fry them well.
Now it's time for steamed rice or just any rice types you like.
Now put that rice on plate, add meatballs and fried potatoes (and maybe some peas, a good mix with rice too. You know). Voila mate. You made a good meal.
