they used to sell these in convenience stores where i live. taste isn't bad and actually found i slept easier after having one. pretty sure they are fortified with melatonin, so it's conceivably not a placebo effect.

thought they got phased out, but were placed by pic related, which kind of suck ass.

Yeah most of these have 3 to 5 mg Melatonin in them which can make you sleepy.
