Is breakfast ACTUALLY the most important meal of the day?

Every meal you eat is both the most and least important meal of the day.
I wouldn't know since I'm never awake before 3 pm

Breakfast doesn't have to be eaten in the morning.
The clue's in the name.
I tend to do better on a small handful of nuts and dried fruit, or a scoop of peanut butter, or a granola bar with a cup of unsweetened tea at room temperature. that provides me with appropriate energy levels until I have a meal.
I don't think the first thing you eat should be meal sized, it should be snack sized so you arent just throwing your body into work mode straight out of bed
the trick to being a morning person:
have an alarm that plays soft music and gradually gets louder so you ease yourself awake instead of jolting
spend 15 minutes doing light calisthenics like stretches and toe touches to shake the stiffness out before you even get dressed
have a nutritious snack
how to not be a morning person:
wake up to BAAAAP BAAAAP BAAAAAAP BAAAAP BAAAAP!!!!!
quickly throw your clothes on and rush out the door before you have even fully awakened
guzzle coffee and sugary carbs while speeding to work

Breakfast being super important is largely the invention of egg and cereal marketers in the 50's. However, if you insist on eating 3 meals a day, it's still best to make breakfast your largest. Ideally, you want to eat a large breakfast, moderate lunch, and small dinner.
